Kitten Purchase Agreement: Deposit and Health Disclaimer

1. Unrefundable Deposit: By submitting a deposit for a kitten purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is non-refundable. The purpose of the deposit is to reserve the exact (chosen) kitten under your name and make it unavailable for other potential buyers.

2. Kitten Health Disclaimer: We want all buyers to understand that, we take great care to ensure the well-being of our kittens. While we make every effort to provide healthy and robust kittens, it is important to understand that, like any living beings, occasional health issues may arise. However, it is essential to note that such instances are extremely rare.

      Kittens are living creatures, and nature is unpredictable. Despite our best efforts, unexpected circumstances may          occur in a kitten's life. Nevertheless, it is crucial to emphasize that such situations are highly uncommon.

      We want to assure you that we prioritize the health and happiness of our kittens above all else. Our cattery                adheres to stringent health protocols, including regular veterinary check-ups and meticulous care. Nevertheless, it        is crucial for potential buyers to be aware and understanding that unforeseen circumstances related to a kitten's          health can occur during their initial months of life.

  3. Commitment to Kitten Health: Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to support the kittens'                    development and ensure they grow up healthy. Our cattery adheres to the highest standards of care, including            regular veterinary check-ups, proper nutrition, and a nurturing environment.

  4. Transfer of Deposit: In the event that a reserved kitten becomes unavailable due to health reasons, we will transfer        the deposit to another chosen kitten. This ensures that your deposit remains valid and can be applied towards a          suitable alternative.
